Iverksett is a course in implementation leadership developed in collaboration between DRIV and Trude Marit Risnes at Leadership Symphony.
The course strengthens leaders' ability to lead implementation within their own organisation - with better structure, clearer buy-in, and greater confidence in execution.
It is not about more theory at arm's length. It is about equipping leaders to make strategy, initiatives, and priorities actually take hold in practice.
