Our history
We started as Climateadvisor in 2023, and have since changed our name to Driv. The name change marks a clearer focus on what we are passionate about: empowering leaders and organizations to create movement, make smart choices, and achieve lasting results.

Kristin Hidle Vinje
Kristin has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, including corporate leadership roles as VP Communications and Chief of Staff. She has solid expertise in strategic planning, leadership, communications and reputation building – and has led several complex strategy processes, integrations, cultural programs and leadership development courses.
She has further developed her expertise with studies at BI and Cambridge University in sustainability as a competitive advantage and sustainable business models.
Kristin is known for her positive and committed nature, and has an unwavering belief that there are always opportunities and solutions. With the combination of experience, knowledge and energy, she creates lasting results in the organizations she works with.

Hanne Thorbjørnsen Dybdahl
Hanne has 20 years of experience in retail, where she owned and operated a family business with continuous growth for 15 years. She has broad expertise in management, strategy, finance, business and concept development, purchasing, sales, marketing and board work.
She has supplemented her experience with master's programs from NHH in restructuring, innovation, strategy, digitalization management and sustainability.
Hanne is committed, solution-oriented and always curious about new knowledge. She is passionate about combining commercial experience with academic insight – and helping companies make better decisions that bring about real and lasting change, and contribute to more sustainable development.
